Interestingly enough I haven’t used this space- ever. I will now. I find myself expressing my ideas on other blogs, which has been great but sometimes, my thoughts are really just off topic. Sometimes I need more space to expres myself. Sometimes I don’t like the parameters set by others. Sometimes I don’t like their topics. Sometimes I just want to say what I want to say how I want to say it.

Look for this space to be an opportunity for me and others to express ideas about topics related to diversity and inclusion in general. Let’s see how active we can make it.

Conservative trolls and hate filled bigots- this is not the space for you. Please enjoy being deleted if you cannot be respectful with your disagreements.

Cuss words- use it sparingly and for seasoning only. Cuss words should never be the meat of your stance. Get it? HOT DAMN!
